Welcome to the official website of the Whiteleaf and Cadsden Resident’s Association (WCRA). The site is a community website and a voice for WCRA (CIC), which is a Community Interest Company and as such is a non-profit and voluntary organisation. The site has been designed primarily to provide helpful information to the residents of the hamlets of Whiteleaf and Cadsden, especially those new to the area.
